Drop the CSV your distributor sends. Files of several hundred megabytes are read as a stream, and each month becomes its own statement.
New tracks become releases, credited artists become rights holders, and your default split applies. Versions like Slowed or Sped Up are grouped under one work.
Video, master or campaign costs are recouped from royalties before anything is paid — oldest first, on the releases you choose.
Each artist sees their balance and what was withheld. Above your threshold they request payment with their bank details; you mark it paid.
Once a share is marked paid, its statement is never re-imported or recomputed. An artist finds the same amount six months later.
